We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Tax Manager to join our clients team in Scottsbluff, Nebraska. In this role, you will oversee client relationships and manage multiple tax engagements across diverse industries. Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage multiple tax engagements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax regulations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their trusted advisor for financial and tax matters.

• Supervise and mentor team members, providing guidance and support to enhance their development.

• Conduct in-depth tax research and analysis to address complex financial scenarios.

• Review and approve tax returns, ensuring all documentation meets regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with clients to explain intricate financial concepts in a clear and approachable manner.

• Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline tax preparation and reporting processes.

• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations, ensuring clients remain compliant.

• Assist clients with specialized services, such as entity formation and compliance consulting.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient tax workflows and procedures.

Requirements

• Active CPA license is required.

• Proven expertise in managing client relationships and overseeing multiple tax engagements.

• Strong background in project management and team supervision.

• Exceptional analytical, research, and communication abilities.

• Ability to explain complex financial concepts to clients with varying levels of financial knowledge.

• Experience in farm taxation is a plus but not mandatory.

• Commitment to staying current with tax laws and industry best practices.
