+ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

+ Location: Hybrid (mix of in-office and remote work)

+ Status: Contract-to-hire

+ Environment: Collaborative team with strong internal partnerships

Job Responsibilities

As a Mortgage Loan Closer, you will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and compliant closing process. You will:

+ Prepare and review closing documentation and disclosures.

+ Communicate and collaborate with processors, loan officers, agents, and the post-closing team.

+ Ensure compliance with investor guidelines and regulatory requirements.

+ Coordinate wire requests, verify funding, and assist with shipping processes.

+ Maintain quality control by contributing to audits and compliance tasks.

Requirements

We’re looking for professionals who bring:

+ 3+ years of mortgage closing experience.

+ Proficiency with loan origination systems and Microsoft Office.

+ Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.

+ Familiarity with FHA, VA, USDA, and Conventional loans.
