Description

Our client, a growing and dynamic organization, is seeking a Staff Accountant with NetSuite ERP experience to support their accounting operations. This individual will play a key role in day-to-day financial activities, general ledger management, and month-end close processes. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in accounting principles, excellent attention to detail, and hands-on proficiency with NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, including preparation of journal entries and month-end accruals.

+ Assist with full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

+ Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close activities.

+ Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP.

+ Leverage NetSuite ERP for transaction processing, reporting, and workflow optimization.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in financial data and reporting.

+ Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to external auditors.

+ Identify opportunities for process improvements and system enhancements within the accounting function.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2–4 years of accounting experience in a corporate or public accounting environment.

Previous hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is required.

Solid understanding of GAAP and standard accounting procedures.

Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

CPA or CPA candidate is a plus, but not mandatory.
