Description
Our client is a fast-growing beverage company based in Culver City, known for its innovative products and vibrant team culture. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will provide a blend of administrative and accounting support and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking for a long-term opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support
+ Handle high-volume incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately.
+ Provide general administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management and covering responsibilities during their absence.
+ Maintain an organized and efficient office environment.
Accounting & Finance Support
+ Assist with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) processes.
+ Manage and update the ERP system (Katana) with accurate financial and purchasing data.
+ Track and process purchase orders and vendor invoices.
+ Reconcile transactions and assist in preparing reports for month-end close.
+ Support internal teams with financial documentation and data entry as needed.
Requirements:
+ 1–3 years of experience in an administrative assistant, accounting, or bookkeeping role.
+ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) required.
+ Experience with an ERP system (Katana preferred) a plus.
+ Excellent communication and multitasking skills, especially under high call volume.
+ Detail-oriented, dependable, and highly organized.
+ Ability to work independently and take initiative when covering for the CEO.
Requirements • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative, accounting assistant, or bookkeeping role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including familiarity with pivot tables and advanced functions.
• Experience with ERP systems, with a preference for Katana, is an advantage.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills, especially when handling high call volumes.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
• Dependable and capable of working independently, taking initiative when required.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.
