Are you a skilled financial professional with a passion for strategic analysis and data-driven decision-making? Robert Half is partnering with a leading organization to fill a Senior Financial Analyst position. Job Responsibilities:

+ Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support corporate decision-making and strategic initiatives.

+ Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance, identify trends, and evaluate opportunities.

+ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analyses and budget-to-actual reviews.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the annual budgeting and forecasting processes.

+ Analyze complex financial data to identify risks and recommend actionable solutions to leadership.

+ Monitor key financial and operational metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.

+ Partner with key business units to improve processes and enhance financial insights.

+ Support senior management and executives with ad hoc analyses and performance presentations.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

+ 4–6+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business intelligence.

+ High proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, etc.)

+ Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

+ Strong understanding of financial KPIs, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

+ Exceptional problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset and ability to work in fast-paced environments.

+ Experience in managing and presenting results to executives is highly desirable.
