    Position Overview: As the Manager of Investor Relations, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the company is strategically positioned with analysts, investors, and all stakeholders. Reporting directly to both the CEO and CFO, you'll be an integral part of a leadership team that values innovation, growth, and excellence.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Collaborate with the Senior Management Team to develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations strategy.

    + Create a compelling forward-looking investor relations roadmap that aligns with the company's growth objectives.

    + Cultivate and manage relationships with analysts, investors, and other stakeholders outside the company.

    + Oversee communication efforts to convey the company's financial performance and strategic initiatives.

    + Provide insights and feedback from the investor community to senior management.

    Requirements

    + Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting.

    + MBA is preferred.

    + 10+ years of experience in investor relations with a proven track record of building positive relations with investors and equity research analysts.

    + Strong expertise in financial modeling techniques and valuation methods commonly used by analysts and investors.
