Description We are looking for a skilled and versatile Marketing Manager to join our team on a Contract-to-Permanent basis in Houston, Texas. In this role, you will oversee multiple marketing initiatives, including managing vendor contracts, coordinating strategies for a diverse portfolio of businesses, and enhancing brand visibility. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a hands-on approach and the ability to build comprehensive marketing strategies from the ground up.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage contracts with external vendors to ensure timely and effective project execution.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies for a diverse range of industries, including energy, real estate, private equity, and more.
• Maintain and update company websites using WordPress, ensuring functionality, content accuracy, and design quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align branding efforts across 16 different business entities.
• Optimize websites for search engines through on-site and off-site SEO techniques.
• Analyze website performance and campaign effectiveness using tools like Google Analytics and AdWords.
• Plan and execute advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
• Create and maintain a cohesive brand strategy that reflects the unique identity of each business.
• Work hands-on to design marketing materials and manage campaigns using Adobe Creative Cloud and other tools.
• Assist in building and mentoring an internal marketing team to support long-term organizational goals. Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong emphasis on strategy development and execution.
• Proficiency in WordPress, including website design, updates, and maintenance.
• Hands-on experience with SEO techniques, both on-site and off-site.
• Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and CRM platforms.
• Strong skills in brand development and campaign planning across B2B and B2C markets.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud for designing marketing materials.
• Technical expertise in Java, CSS, and website management.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and industries. Innovation starts with people.®
