FINANCIAL ANALYST - Private Owned and Growing Company in Lawrenceville

We are looking for a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our team in Lawrenceville, Georgia. We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to support management with insightful financial and operational analysis that drives strategic and operational decision-making. This role involves preparing comprehensive financial reports, forecasting, and evaluating investment opportunities to help guide business growth and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and analyze financial and operational reporting packages for presentations to the board, business reviews, investor relations, and internal management.

+ Conduct ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to support strategic decision-making, including trend analysis and forecasting.

+ Evaluate investment projects by performing financial assessments to support capital allocation decisions and analyze past project performance.

+ Research market trends and company operations to propose strategic investment plans and benchmark organizational performance against market and economic data.

+ Assist in the development and analysis of the company’s annual budget.

+ Utilize business intelligence tools to create dashboards and reports that enhance financial visibility.

+ Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field preferred.

+ 2+ years of relevant financial analysis experience.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop financial models and perform in-depth analysis.

+ Solid understanding of financial concepts such as Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and cash flow analysis.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with business intelligence and financial reporting tools is a plus.

+ Knowledge of regression models and forecasting techniques.

+ Ability to prepare clear, impactful presentations for various stakeholders.

+ Strong business acumen and understanding of financial statements.

+ Excellent communication, teamwork, and collaboration skills.

+ Experience with Workday Adaptive Planning or similar software is advantageous.
