Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our team in Cookeville, Tennessee. In this role, you will focus on data mapping and integrity assessment, ensuring the reliability and accuracy of data used across various deliverables. This is a long-term contract position that offers opportunities for growth and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and document all data fields within the application, analyzing their usage across multiple outputs.

• Develop detailed data maps that include field types, relationships, dependencies, and usage guidelines.

• Conduct assessments to verify data consistency, reliability, and adherence to established best practices.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, including staff members and end-users, to understand field utilization and address issues.

• Create comprehensive technical documentation, including mapping reports and data integrity instructions.

• Manage project timelines and ensure that all deliverables align with the defined objectives.

• Provide application support and contribute to system enhancements as needed.

• Facilitate training sessions to help stakeholders understand data mapping processes and guidelines.

• Monitor and improve data feeds to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.

Requirements • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data mining techniques.

• Experience with SQL and API development.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to produce detailed technical documentation.

• Proven project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.

• Familiarity with data mapping, data types, and dependencies.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
