Description

Robert Half is seeking a Privacy Reviewer to join our team on a part-time, fully remote basis. The Privacy Reviewer will evaluate the risk levels (low, medium, or high) of internal datasets and apply a structured decision-making framework to assess the sensitivity of data in compliance with organizational privacy policies. If you're experienced in compliance, privacy law, data policies, or risk evaluation, this is an excellent opportunity to put your skills to work in a flexible and collaborative environment.

Start Date: June 9th, 2025

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week (Must be available to work between Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST (schedule to be determined in advance).

Pay: $50+/hour

Key Responsibilities:

+ Conduct risk evaluations of internal datasets and classify them as low, medium, or high risk.

+ Apply a privacy-focused, structured decision-making framework to assess data sensitivity.

+ Collaborate with compliance and privacy stakeholders to align evaluations with internal policies and industry regulations.

+ Ensure that all assessments comply with relevant legal, regulatory, and policy standards.

Requirements

+ Juris Doctor (JD) degree, advanced graduate education, or equivalent experience in legal compliance, privacy, or related disciplines.

+ Familiarity with regulatory environments and privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, etc.) is highly desirable.

+ Prior experience evaluating risk or performing compliance reviews in data-driven environments.

+ Strong analytical skills and ability to work within structured frameworks for decision-making.

+ Excellent attention to detail and integrity in handling sensitive and confidential data.
