The position is within an activity center, where the individual will be expected to handle various administrative tasks and provide customer service.     Responsibilities:

    • Handle incoming phone calls and greet guests with a detail-oriented demeanor

    • Organize and coordinate meetings, including the management of calendars

    • Oversee the setup and breakdown of events taking place in the center

    • Respond to customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service at all times

    • Supervise the maintenance of building facilities and equipment

    • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage expense reports

    • Oversee the opening and closing of the office, ensuring proper organization and cleanliness

    Requirements

    + Strong administrative and front desk experience.

    + Must be bilingual in Spanish.

    + Excellent verbal and written skills.

    + Computer navigation skills.
