• Accounts Receivable Specialist

    Robert Half Accountemps (North Hollywood, CA)


    Description • Ensuring invoices are flowing and processed promptly to be sent to vendors to be paid within terms.

     

    • Work with managers to get invoices approved for processing when needed.

    • Follow up with customers on past-due invoices.

    • Process payments via check and credit card.

    • Monitor accounts and keep all notes updated.

    • Investigate historical data to see customer payment trends.

    • Prepare, submit, and post all refund COD payments.

    • Process and post monthly lease credit card payments.

    • Create volume discount.

    • Crate monthly Accounts Receivable aging for management.

    • Tag payments to accounts.

    • Work with legal counsel on severely past due customers.

    • Scan and organize Sales Tax Certificates.

    • All other duties that are assigned. Requirements Accounting Software Systems, ADP - Financial Services, CRM, Epic Software, ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning, Accounting Functions, Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing Functions, Cash Activity, Cash Handling
