Description We are looking for an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy and operations of our organization in Midland, Texas. This role is ideal for a finance expert with a strong background in accounting, auditing, and business systems, particularly within project and construction industries. The CFO will play a vital role in driving financial growth and ensuring the company’s fiscal health.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and auditing processes.

• Develop and implement financial strategies to optimize cash flow and capital management.

• Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Manage the integration and utilization of accounting software systems and business tools.

• Collaborate with executive leadership to align financial goals with organizational objectives.

• Monitor and evaluate the company’s financial performance to identify areas for improvement.

• Implement robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure accurate reporting.

• Drive the adoption of CRM and ERP systems to enhance operational efficiency.

• Provide strategic guidance on investment decisions and risk management.

• Support financial planning for construction and project-based initiatives. Requirements • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in financial leadership roles.

• Expertise in accounting functions, auditing, and budget processes.

• Proficiency in financial systems, including SAP, ADP, and CRM platforms.

• Strong knowledge of cash flow analysis and capital management.

• Experience in project or construction industry preferred.

• Familiarity with accounting software systems such as 3M.

• Ability to lead and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Excellent analytical and decision-making skills.
