    Description

    Position: Account and Administration Assistant (Contract Role)

    TYPE: 100% ONSITE

    Hourly Pay Range: $20-$22 per hour

    Work Schedule:

    Team operates in 3 shifts across 8 AM–7 PM EST.

     

    After the initial 2-week training period, the contractor will be assigned a dedicated shift.

     

    Overtime (OT): May be required on an ad hoc basis.

     

    Interview Process

     

    Round 1: Hiring manager (HM).

     

    Additional round: Possible in-person interview with another team.

    + Former call-center experience desirable.

    + Typing speed of 50 WPM (must be vetted).

    + Degree: Not required.

    + Language Skills: Speaking Spanish, Portuguese, or French is a plus.

    Requirements

    Key Responsibilities

    + Effectively manage internal and external activities such as:

    + Scheduling client training sessions on Treasury products.

    + Organizing meetings and communications with professionalism, accuracy, speed, and confidentiality.

    + Operate in a highly production-driven environment.

    + Schedule client Treasury training sessions received via:

    + Phone, email, Scheduler tool, and MS Teams.

    + Coordinate and participate in meetings; provide necessary follow-ups.

    + Accurately log daily productivity metrics in the designated application.

    + Professionally communicate with all levels of the organization through:

    + Verbal interactions.

    + High-quality, concise emails regarding project progress, recommendations, and decisions.

    + Build and maintain strong relationships by collaborating with:

    + Key partners (e.g., Administrative Support Analysts, Middle Office, and Front Office partners).

    + Update multiple systems of record to ensure clarity for future client interactions.

    + Maintain and update:

    + Outlook team calendars.

    + Excel spreadsheets.

    + PowerPoint presentations as needed for senior partners.

    + Research client profiles via internal systems to ensure accurate and efficient training session scheduling.

    + Lead, coordinate, and execute on ad hoc internal projects as requested.

    Required Skills

    + Former call-center experience.

    + Ability to work in fast-paced environments.

    + Typing speed of 50 WPM.

    + Demonstrated flexibility, integrity, conflict resolution, and attention to detail.

    + Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
