Description
Our client, a thriving and customer-focused organization, is looking for a motivated and personable Customer Service Representative to join their team. In this role, you will be the face of the company, providing top-notch service to customers while resolving inquiries and ensuring a positive client experience. Core Responsibilities
+ Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person, delivering timely and accurate information with a friendly demeanor.
+ Provide solutions to customer complaints or concerns, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary.
+ Assist customers with placing orders, updating account information, processing returns, and resolving payment issues.
+ Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the company’s CRM or database system.
+ Stay informed about the company’s offerings to provide clear and helpful guidance to customers.
+ Proactively identify and suggest ways to enhance the customer service experience.
Requirements
+ Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client-facing roles (1-3 years preferred).
+ High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in a relevant field is a plus.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems or customer service software.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, strong listening skills, and a calm, professional demeanor under pressure.
+ Ability to think critically and deliver solutions that meet the needs of both the customer and the business.
+ Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple tasks and inquiries concurrently
