Description We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Danbury, Connecticut. In this long-term contract position, you will play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional projects, and delivering results that align with organizational goals. This opportunity is ideal for someone with a strong background in project management and a passion for leading teams to success.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project objectives and deliverables.

• Utilize tools like Atlassian Jira to track project progress and address any issues.

• Oversee change management processes to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruptions.

• Facilitate Agile Scrum practices to enhance team productivity and communication.

• Manage budgets and resources effectively to meet project goals.

• Provide training and guidance on tools such as Power BI to enhance team capabilities.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on project goals.

• Implement best practices in CRM and ERP systems to optimize workflows.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis and AB testing. Requirements • Proven experience in project management, including the use of Agile Scrum methodologies.

• Proficiency with tools such as Atlassian Jira and Power BI.

• Strong understanding of CRM and ERP systems.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies and Cisco solutions.

• Expertise in budget processes and resource allocation.

• Experience with AB testing and data-driven decision making.

• Ability to manage change effectively in dynamic environments.
