Description We are looking for a Partner Support Coordinator II to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting candidates and recruiters throughout various stages of the pre-employment process. This position requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
• Provide timely and effective support to candidates and recruiters, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Manage and track cases using a case management system to ensure proper documentation and work allocation.
• Assist with interview scheduling and coordinating offers, supporting both candidates and internal teams.
• Review, create, and deliver offer letters and other employment-related documents with attention to detail and adherence to company policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless communication and deliver a positive candidate experience.
• Utilize Workday and other HR systems to process transactions and track hiring activities.
• Provide consultation and updates to recruiters and candidates, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain compliance with employment laws and company guidelines in all aspects of the recruiting process.
• Manage multiple tasks and systems simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency. Requirements • Proven experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, preferably in recruitment or HR coordination.
• Strong multitasking skills with the ability to navigate multiple applications and systems effectively.
• Proficiency in using HRIS systems such as Workday and case management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate documentation and communication.
• Demonstrated ability to provide consultative support and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Familiarity with recruiting processes, employment law, and company policies is highly desirable.
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within a remote or hybrid team environment. TalentMatch®
