Job Responsibilities:

+ Prepare and maintain financial statements, general ledger entries, and account reconciliations.

+ Oversee month-end close processes by ensuring accuracy of journal entries and ledger balances.

+ Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR), ensuring timeliness and compliance with company policies.

+ Assist with financial reporting, including budget preparation and variance analysis.

+ Collaborate with management to support special projects and process improvements.

+ Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

+ 1–3+ years of experience in an accounting role, demonstrating proficiency in general ledger accounting.

+ Strong familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or NetSuite.

+ Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, etc.).

+ Detail-oriented with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

+ CPA certification or progress toward certification is a plus.
