    Job Responsibilities:

    + Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

    + Maintain organized financial records and verify the accuracy of invoices, payments, and reports.

    + Assist in reconciling bank statements and prepare journal entries.

    + Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.

    + Conduct routine financial tracking and reporting duties to support accounting functions.

    + Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations in compliance with regulations

    Requirements

    + High school diploma or equivalent; additional coursework or degree in accounting or finance is preferred.

    + Prior experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative financial roles is highly desirable.

    + Familiarity with accounting software and systems, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Microsoft Excel.

    + Strong attention to detail and time-management skills.

    + Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
