Are you a numbers expert with advanced analytical skills and a passion for driving financial performance? Our client, a leading organization in the property management industry, is seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to influence strategic decision-making and contribute to the success of a dynamic organization.

Key Responsibilities

+ Developing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning initiatives.

+ Conducting in-depth analysis of financial results, key performance indicators (KPIs), and variance trends across the property portfolio.

+ Partnering with property managers and leadership to identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.

+ Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership and stakeholders.

+ Performing lease and rental income analyses to maximize revenue and occupancy rates.

+ Providing ad hoc analyses to evaluate potential property acquisitions, disposals, or capital investments.

+ Ensuring compliance with industry-specific accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.

+ Contributing to process improvement efforts related to financial systems, reporting, and workflows.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field

+ 5+ years of finance or accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a senior financial analyst or similar role.

+ Strong financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting skills.

+ Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel (e.g., pivot tables, macros) and experience with financial software (e.g., Yardi, MRI, SAP, or similar platforms).

+ Experience in the property management or real estate industry highly preferred.

+ Exceptional analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively across multiple departments.

+ Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey financial insights to non-financial stakeholders.
