Description

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and skilled with numbers? Robert Half is seeking a Reconciliation Data Entry Specialist to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our clients through precise data management and reconciliation. Our local clients frequently have needs for data entry clerks.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

+ Accurately input and reconcile financial data in various systems and spreadsheets.

+ Identify discrepancies and resolve reconciliation variances within a timely manner.

+ Review financial data for consistency, completeness, and accuracy.

+ Maintain confidentiality and safeguard sensitive financial information.

+ Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure data integrity.

+ Generate reports and prepare summaries to assist accounting and finance teams.

Qualifications:

+ Proficiency in data entry and financial reconciliation tools.

+ Strong attention to detail and accuracy in complex numerical data.

+ Experience in Excel and other accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).

+ Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.

+ Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

+ Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:

+ Prior experience in reconciliation or financial services is a plus.

+ Knowledge of basic accounting principles and data management systems.
