Robert Half is partnering with a reputable client to find a Budget Analyst who can manage budgeting processes while providing actionable insights to drive business performance. Job Responsibilities:

+ Develop and manage complex budgets in collaboration with department leads to align financial planning with organizational goals.

+ Track and analyze financial performance, identify variances, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

+ Prepare detailed reports on budget status, forecasts, and trends to present to leadership teams.

+ Conduct cost-benefit analyses to evaluate project or department funding requests and ensure alignment with company priorities.

+ Monitor key financial benchmarks, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

+ Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

+ Utilize financial software systems for accurate tracking, reporting, and visualization of budget data.

Requirements

+ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

+ 2–5+ years of experience in budgeting, financial planning, or related finance roles.

+ Proficiency with financial software, such as Excel (vlookups, pivot tables, macros), Tableau, or other budgeting tools.

+ Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable recommendations.

+ Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage deadlines in dynamic environments.

+ Experience working with ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly preferred.
