    Key Responsibilities:

    + Team Leadership: Hire, train, coach, and manage a team of customer service representatives to consistently meet and exceed performance expectations.

    + Hands-On Customer Support: Act as a point of escalation for challenging customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.

    + Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs), track metrics, and provide regular feedback to team members.

    + Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, enhance procedures, and optimize customer experience.

    + Training & Development: Develop resources and learning opportunities to ensure the team stays updated on product knowledge, company policies, and best practices.

    + Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as sales or operations, to resolve issues and manage customer expectations effectively.

    + Customer Advocacy: Champion the voice of the customer, providing insights and feedback to senior management to support strategic initiatives.

    Requirements

    What We’re Looking For:

    + 3+ years of experience in customer service, with at least 1+ years in a leadership role.

    + Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to motivate and inspire others.

    + Proven conflict resolution and problem-solving skills, with a hands-on approach to assisting customers and team members directly.

    + Familiarity with CRM systems, reporting tools, and customer service best practices.

    + Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism.

    + A customer-first mindset and a passion for building high-performing teams.
