Summary You will serve as the Division Head (SUPERVISORY QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST) of the Non-Nuclear Inspection Division in the Quality Assurance Department of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will plan, execute and maintain a systematic comprehensive and economical non-nuclear inspection program for the Shipyard. You will improve work process and utilize manpower and material resource effectively and efficiently. You will ensure that manpower and material cost are directly linked to program mission objectives the expenditures remain within approved budget levels. You will manage the development of lessons learned on quality problems to ensure applicable information has been provided to project management teams for risk assessment and mitigation. You will evaluate the nature of the work to be performed based on work authorizing documents, consider strategy, cost effectiveness, and the use of human resources. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: managing or directing quality assurance programs related to the repair and overhaul of naval ship systems and components.
