Is victim advocacy and management your calling? If so, this is the opportunity for you. Unity House of Troy’s Domestic Violence Program is looking for a Program Director to join its team!

Responsibilities:

Provide supervision and oversight to staff

Assist with training for staff

Communicate with staff to ensure any questions are addressed in a timely manner

Assist participants of domestic violence on case load

Provide case guidance, solutions and systems navigation assistance to direct service staff

Complete contract and/or regulatory compliance activities

Participate in rotating on-call system that requires some nights and weekend

Promote a culture of inclusion and belonging

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree and/or 3 years relevant experience preferred. High School diploma required. Valid and clean NYS driver license. Must have regular access to reliable transportation. Excellent communication skills. At least 1-year as a supervisor preferred.
