    Job Purpose

     

    The Customer Service Representative is responsible for receiving and processing customer orders within the SAP system.

    Principal Accountabilities

    + Receive & process customer orders, ROMPP orders and stock transfers within SAP.

    + Provide assistance to customers with order changes and/or material issues.

    + Input Information in SAP to create shipping documents for offsite box shipments.

    + Monitor emails sent to customer service and route to proper internal contact.

    + Assist with internal and external questions about shipments and customers.

    + Assist with positing shipments in SAP.

    + Track and communicate carrier or material delays to customers.

    + Responsible for e-filing all customer orders.

    + Support USMCA, gathering information from vendors as well as preparing documents per customers’ requirements at the beginning of the new year.

    + Create RMA's.

    + Maintain a helpful and friendly working relationship with fellow employees.

    + Ability to maintain concentration with frequent interruptions.

    + Professional, well-groomed appearance and attire is advised.

    + Ability to sit for extended periods of time.

    + Ability to work in an office environment.

    Knowledge / Skills / Experience

    + Education: High School Diploma

    + Experience: 3 - 5 years’ experience in Customer Service

    + Experience using SAP.

    + Strong multi-tasking and phone skills

    + Strong Organizational, Verbal and Written skills

    + Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel

    + Ability to manage deadlines.
