    Job Purpose

    Mitsubishi Chemical Group is seeking a **Compliance Case Manager** to join a team committed to excellence, continuous improvement, and driving sustainable business results. The Compliance Case Manager will work as part of the Compliance team and will be primarily responsible for overseeing the compliance hotline program, managing internal investigation cases, generating compliance hotline reports, and reporting to key stakeholders. This role will also continually analyze the case management lifecycle and reporting process to identify and implement process efficiencies for prompt case resolution and closure. **Come be a part of this dynamic team!**

    Principal Accountabilities

    + Manage the case management process. Shepherd cases from receipt of the report through corrective action, case closure, and reporting, ensuring the process is followed consistently.

    + Track and manage reports made to the Compliance Program through the hotline and other reporting channels.

    + Support data entry and documentation collection to effectively manage investigations from opening to closure.

    + Communicate with reporters through the case management system and work with sensitive and confidential compliance–related data and information.

    + Monitor case progress and closure consistent with our commitment to promptly and effectively remediate compliance issues.

    + Ensure investigations are well-documented and follow the investigation documentation methodology.

    + Create and generate routine and ad hoc reports around case metrics organized by business units, topic(s), status, or other elements significant to the Chief Compliance Officer or Executive Leadership.

    + Create executive case summaries to support the Chief Compliance Officer communications to Executive Leadership, the Board(s) of Directors, the Global Internal Control and Compliance Promotion Departments, and other key stakeholders.

    + Analyze data to identify compliance trends to support the continued improvement of the Compliance Program.

    + Work with our hotline vendor and become proficient with system updates.

    + Support continued growth of the compliance program through implementation of other compliance initiatives.

    + Perform related administrative or other duties as required.

    + Exercise discretion on assigned projects and day-to-day operations, safeguarding confidential and other sensitive information.

    Knowledge / Skills / Experience

    + Minimum BS/BA degree preferred OR in lieu of a degree, an additional four years of experience.

    + Five years of experience in corporate or regulatory compliance, law, audit, internal investigations or related field in a matrix organization.

    + Experience working with a chemical manufacturing compliance program a plus.

    + Experience working in a multi-cultural, multi-lingual environment is a plus.

    + Excellent writing skills; able to communicate clearly and professionally in email, reports, and other documents.

    + Highly detail-oriented and thorough attention to detail.

    + Strong organizational skills.

    + Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

    + Strong computer skills (e.g., database management, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, Outlook and other software).

    + Familiarity with compliance industry tools and resources.

    + General knowledge and understanding of compliance investigation related practices and methodologies.

    + Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills; capable of working with all levels of internal and external staff including external counsel.

    + **The salary range for this position is $75,600-$99,200. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in this posting.**
