    Position Summary

    The Quality Practice Coordinator role is a combination provider and member facing position that will work with both providers and members to improve gaps in care, quality and coordination of member care to help improve HEDIS scores.

    Additional responsibilities to include but not limited to the following:

    - May include making outbound calls to members, visiting provider offices, and participation in member/provider events.

     

    - Travel around the state about 25%-40% of the time. Must have own, reliable, transportation.

    Required Qualifications

    - 1 year of Managed Care Experience

     

    - 2 years customer service experience

     

    - Experience working with computers and proficient in basic computer programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)

     

    - General understanding of the insurance business.

    Preferred Qualifications

    - Excellent writing and verbal skills

     

    - 2 years of Managed Care Experience

     

    - 1 year experience working directly with providers and/or members

     

    - 1 year of HEDIS measure experience

     

    - Associates Degree and/ or Bachelor's Degree in a related field

    Education

    High School Diploma or equivalent GED

    Pay Range

    The typical pay range for this role is:

    $43,888.00 - $93,574.00

     

    This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
