In this role, you will own and drive key expense modeling and forecasting initiatives across the organization. You’ll partner cross-functionally to deliver insights that inform budgeting, strategic planning, and investment decisions.
This position is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in financial modeling, a bias toward data-driven problem solving, and a keen understanding of operational drivers within fast-moving organizations.
What You'll Do

+ Drive monthly and quarterly close and forecast cycles, ensuring key stakeholders understand variances and trends
+ Collaborate with business partners to develop budgets, identify cost optimization opportunities, and align on financial expectations
+ Translate complex financial data into clear business insights and presentations for senior leadership
+ Develop ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions
What We’re Looking For
+ 3–5 years of relevant experience in tech, strategic finance, investment banking, or management consulting
+ Proven expertise in Excel/Google Sheets financial modeling, especially expense modeling and scenario analysis
+ Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to manipulate large datasets and draw meaningful conclusions
+ Exceptional communication skills — comfortable presenting financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders
+ High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
Bonus Points
+ Experience working with FP&A tools (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Workday, NetSuite, TM1, Snowflake, Biquery)
+ Familiarity with SQL or other analytical tools
+ Exposure to operating in scaling, fast-paced environments
