We are looking for someone who can lead and motivate a team of sales reps, understands and strives for excellent customer service and has a firm grasp on the importance of converting internet leads into sales. We use VinSolutions, AutoTrader, Car Gurus and CDK.

    Responsibilities The Automotive Sales Desk Manager manages the activities of all sales staff ensuring sales targets and customer service levels are achieved. This individual is responsible for training, cross-training, and development of all sales staff.

     

    + Ensure sales goals are attained

    + Manage daily activity & training of the sales staff

    + Ensure sales people are engaging with customers

    + Address and resolve customer concerns

    Qualifications

    + Honda or Acura experience a Plus!

    + Previous Automotive Sales Management experience a plus

    + Must have a proven track record with an exceptional CSE

    + Strong communication and customer engagement skills

    + Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence
