Current Opportunities

• Master Technician – ASE Certified (Level A)

+ Extensive knowledge of Subaru diagnostic systems, drivability, electrical, and advanced repairs

+ Ability to lead repairs and mentor junior technicians

+ Must be ASE Certified with at least 5+ years of dealership or equivalent experience

+ Subaru factory training preferred

• Class B Technician

+ Skilled in brake, suspension, HVAC, and intermediate-level diagnostic work

+ Performs repairs efficiently with a focus on accuracy and safety

+ 2+ years of automotive experience (Subaru experience a plus)

+ Must have own tools

• Lube Technician / Entry-Level Tech

+ Performs oil changes, tire rotations, multi-point inspections, and basic maintenance

+ Willingness to learn and grow within the Subaru training system

+ Valid driver’s license and strong work ethic required

The estimated annual earning range for this position is $55,200.00 to $85,200.00, which includes bonus opportunities such as Production/Productivity.Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, as well as a variety of other benefits, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
