    Overview

    **Position:** Physical Therapist Assistant - Outpatient Orthopedics

    **Location:** 184 East Redstone Avenue, Suite A, Crestview, Florida 32539-5372

    **Schedule:** Mon - Fri

    **Compensation:** Starting at $25+/hr. Starting hourly rate increases with experience.

    **Incentives:** $3000 sign on bonus and/or student debt benefit repayment option of $200/month

     

    Select Physical Therapy's outpatient center in **Crestview, FL** has an immediate opening for a Full Time **Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).** Join our team of 3 PTs and 1 OT treating an orthopedic caseload which includes neuro, hand therapy and fall prevention. Calling all Physical Therapist Assistants including new grads, APPLY! Mentoring available for new grads. Let's foster your growth.

    Responsibilities

    + Responsible for patient care under the direction and supervision of a licensed physical therapist as mandated by State Practice Act.

    + Implement, with minimal supervision, high quality physical therapy services for patients, caregivers and facilities in accordance with the principals and practices of physical therapy and with Select Medical policies and procedures

    + Maintain positive level of interaction with centers and patients, and enhance and expand client relations with centers and their staff.

    Qualifications

    + College graduate of an accredited physical therapist assistant program

    + Passed a national examination for PTAs certified by the CAPTE

    + Valid state physical therapist assistant (PTA) license (or license in process)

    + CPR certification
