Position Summary

+ Designs strategic presentation and video programs and initiatives for promoting the digital UX design function, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.

+ Allocates graphics and production resources effectively within the digital UX promotional design area to maximize productivity and enhance project outcomes.

+ Determines day-to-day objectives and priorities for the digital UX promotional designers, driving optimal results that directly impact the achievement of business goals.

+ Assesses the performance of the digital UX promotional design initiatives to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

+ Coordinates with other functional areas to ensure quality and consistency in digital UX promotional design outputs.

+ Contributes to the development and implementation of processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards in digital UX promotion design.

+ Coaches a team of UX and presentation/video/animation production designers providing direction and guidance to facilitate the creation of intuitive and user-centered digital experience promotional materials.

Required Qualifications

+ 5+ years' experience working in graphical animation or video production graphics

+ 5+ years' experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft 365 software suites

+ 5+ years' building a portfolio of work showcasing graphic design, presentation design, and video / animation examples

+ 3+ years Agency design experience

+ 1+ years' experience working with Figma

Preferred Qualifications

+ Experience working in the healthcare industry or similarly highly-regulated environment

+ Experience working in fast-paced deliverable design / production studio environments

+ Adept at execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting) skills

+ Experience with business intelligence

+ Adept at problem solving and decision making skills

+ Proven track-record with collaboration and teamwork

+ Possess a growth mindset (agility and developing yourself and others)

Education

+ Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Computer Animation, or related discipline required.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$101,970.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
