**Job Title:** Azure Program manager – Delivery Lead (Onsite)

As a Product Manager with expertise in Business Analysis and Finance you will play a crucial role in driving product strategies and execution. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions using Azure Services. This hybrid role offers flexibility of day shifts and does not require travel.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with business goals and customer needs.

Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for product enhancements.

Provide insights and recommendations based on market trends and customer feedback to drive product innovation.

Utilize Azure Services to design and implement scalable solutions that meet technical and business requirements.

Develop and maintain product roadmaps ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.

Conduct regular product reviews and performance analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies and promotional activities.

Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all product development processes.

Facilitate workshops and training sessions to enhance team capabilities and knowledge of product features.

Monitor competitor activities and market dynamics to inform strategic decision-making and product positioning.

Manage product budgets and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and return on investment.

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the product management team.

Qualifications:

Demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience in Business Analysis and Planning.

Possess in-depth knowledge of Azure Services and their application in product development.

Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams.

Show proficiency in project management and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Have a proven track record of successful product launches and lifecycle management.

Display a strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable product plans.

**Salary and Other Compensation** :

Applications will be accepted until June 2, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 - $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
