Senior Salesforce QA Lead – Litify & Life Sciences Validation

Onsite Location: Bridgewater - NJ

Required Skills

Expert in Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud

Strong knowledge of SDLC, testing methodologies, test strategy/planning, test design & execution

Agile knowledge is a must including various Agile ceremonies & processes.

Experience/Knowledge of Life Science Validation Testing concept & processes will be an added advantage

Hands on experience with Test Management & Defect Management tools like ALM, XRAY, JIRA etc.

Good knowledge of SQL

Prior experience on Litify Salesforce App Exchange product (

Experience in virtual law firm

Life Science domain knowledge

Experience in Client Management and handling the program/project as onsite POC, Offshore/Onsite Coordination

Experience on Project Estimation, Project Plan/Strategy, Document Management

Should be self-sufficient and should be able to work under minimum supervision

Should have excellent analytical skills

Should have excellent communication skills; specially required due to the agile nature of the work

Roles and Responsibilities

Test Strategy & Planning-

Identify key testing partners

Assess test communication/ reporting needs Identify Key Testing Assumptions, Risks and Dependencies.

Outline the defect management process.

Outline the Defect Severity and Prioritization process Define Test Automation Strategy

Define Test Automation Roadmap

Facilitate Test Automation framework setup

Design Test Strategy & Facilitate sign off test strategy

Representing offshore team during onsite hrs.

Communicate critical onsite updates to offshore

Support any urgent onsite QA clarification requests at onsite

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 06/18/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $[110,000 – $130,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
