    Job description

    Inari Medical, now apart of Stryker, is hiring a **Quality Training Specialist** . In this role, you will be responsible for planning, developing, and coordinating company-wide training programs in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

    What you will do

    • Maintain quality training requirements in compliance with applicable regulatory, regulations, company policies, and internal procedures.

    • Design and deliver training materials, including e-learning and instructor-led sessions, focused on quality systems, Quality Procedures (QPs), and regulatory requirements.

    • Work with department heads and subject matter experts (SMEs) to assess training requirements

     

    and determine timelines.

     

    • Maintain accurate and complete training records and update training records (digital and electronic).

    • Monitor, track, and report on a variety of training metrics, including past-due training.

    • Support internal and external audit readiness to ensure successful audit inspection results related

     

    to training processes.

     

    • Drive continuous improvement by incorporating feedback, audit findings, and best practices

     

    related to personnel training and competency.

     

    What you need

    Required:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Technical Field

    • Minimum 2 years of related experience

    • Knowledge of 21 CFR 820 and ISO 13485

    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite programs including Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint

    Preferred:

    • Experience with Salesforce

     

    $79,500 - $123,500 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
