Adecco is hiring for Distribution Coordinator. This position is responsible for receiving, replenishing, picking, and shipping functions of the Distribution Center. It encompasses supporting inventory accuracy to and from customers, suppliers, and distributors. The position will also participate in cycle counting of material in support of inventory accuracy. **Updated Resume REQUIRED!**
The position assists and maintains a fluid workflow throughout the many facets of Distributor Services. It may encompass set assembly, processing inventory returns, answering telephones, answering customer inquiries (internal and external), and other shipping and receiving functions.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate, plan, and executive distribution operations including packing, pulling, shipping, and receiving products per company procedures.
• Manage the timely receipt, storage, retrieval, and delivery of goods.
• Comply with standards to ensure all orders are filled and shipped on a timely basis.
• Rotate, as requested, amongst the various functions required to ensure standards are met on a daily basis.
• Adapt to constant changes, including the possibility of shift changes, as directed.
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with team members as well as with the sales force, customer service, and marketing personnel.
• Support cycle counts and audits for inventory.
• Review documents such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials.
• Prepare documentation for freight airway bills and international export documents.
• Communicate with customers, distributors, and other individuals to answer questions; to disseminate and explain information; to take orders; and to address complaints.

• Develop and demonstrate an understanding of all systems associated with the distribution functions.
• Must be customer focused with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Able to stay organized and on task with attention to detail.
• Must have computer literacy to include proficiency in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word.
Education/Experience Requirements:
• High School Diploma (or equivalent) required.
• At least two years of experience in customer service, inventory, or a distribution/warehouse environment. At least four years of related experience is preferred.
• A combination of commensurate education and experience may be considered.
• Experience in an automated distribution environment is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with radio frequency (RF) scanning equipment.
• Experience with receiving, stocking, picking, and shipping functions.
• Experience in the operation of bulk inventory handling equipment such as pallet jack trucks and forklifts.
• Ability to effectively function in a fast-paced working environment.
• Must be physically able to lift and/or move up to 30lbs.
• Must be physically able to stand and walk for at least 45 minutes at a time.
Travel Requirements:
• Minimal travel, 0-10%.
**Pay Details:** $20.00 per hour
