Responsibilities for a **Field Reimbursement Manager** include but are not limited to:

+ Provide **on-site and on-demand education** for office staff regarding reimbursement challenges and available support services, averaging 15 interactions per week.

+ Educate on **Benefit Investigation, Prior Authorization Processes, Medicare and Commercial coverage** , and patient communication streams.

+ Offer **reimbursement support** , including account management, billing and coding updates, and claims and appeal assistance.

+ Set up appointments and complete outbound calls to provider offices, interfacing with physicians to obtain and provide patient and payer-specific information.

+ Monitor program performance for physicians and manufacturer representatives and track all interactions in the **FRM CRM** .

Candidates for **Field Reimbursement Manager** must meet the following requirements to be considered:

+ **Must reside in LA or San Francisco, California** .

+ Minimum of **8 years of healthcare-related reimbursement experience** , with strong experience in Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.

+ Experience in the healthcare industry including **insurance verification, prior authorizations, and/or claim adjudication** , and a solid working knowledge of Medicare and Commercial insurance plans.

+ Ability to **travel 80% (4 days a week)** via automobile or plane and possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

**Pay Details:** $60.10 per hour
