**Pay Range** : The wage for this position is between **$45,000 and $50,000/yr** . Yearly wage may depend upon experience, education, geographic location, and other factors
Overview
Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is partnering with a well-respected behavioral health organization to hire a Substance Abuse and Mental Health Case Manager. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about helping individuals with mental health and co-occurring substance use disorders live more independent, integrated, and fulfilling lives.
As a key member of the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) team, you’ll support clients through planning and implementing activities that encourage community engagement, sobriety, and improved daily living.
Responsibilities
• Facilitate training in substance abuse prevention and sobriety maintenance, using 12-step programs and evidence-based practices for co-occurring disorders.
• Coordinate and provide transportation for community activities and AA/NA meetings.
• Create and maintain a monthly activity calendar highlighting resources to support sobriety.
• Administer drug screens as needed.
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation, including individual treatment plans (ITPs) and progress notes.
• Organize recreational and social activities tailored to ACT clients.
• Provide case management services, including treatment planning, symptom management, supportive counseling, and coordination of client services.
• Conduct comprehensive life assessments.
• Deliver on-call crisis intervention during scheduled nights and weekends.
• Support clients’ families and caregivers, advocate for client rights, and adjust care plans as client needs evolve.
• Uphold the principles of the ACT Model of Care with high fidelity.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Services, Addiction Counseling, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
• Experience: 1–3 years working with individuals with mental illness and/or substance use disorders.
• Certifications: Certified or eligible for certification in addictions treatment.
• Licenses: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Other Skills: Strong independence, excellent documentation, and case management skills.

**Pay Details:** $45,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year
