Job Summary
The Maintenance Inventory Clerk supports the efficient management of MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) parts and general supplies by accurately maintaining inventory records using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Key Responsibilities
+ Receive and log MRO parts and supplies into the CMMS (MP2).
+ Safely unload deliveries and operate a forklift as needed.
+ Prepare outbound shipments by loading pallets and crates, ensuring materials are securely packed.
+ Issue and return tools, radios, and parts to/from maintenance personnel.
+ Perform inventory cycle counts using handheld scanners and update the CMMS accordingly.
+ Transfer parts and supplies between Dinuba and Tulare facilities using a company vehicle.
+ Maintain reliable and punctual attendance.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
+ High school diploma or GED preferred.
+ 1-3 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Skills:
+ Ability to read and comprehend safety manuals and procedures.
+ Write simple reports and communicate effectively within teams.
+ Basic math skills, including working with fractions, percentages, and interpreting graphs.
+ Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
Other Requirements:
+ Certified or willing to become certified to operate a forklift safely.
+ Valid driver's license.
Physical Requirements
+ Ability to stand, walk, lift, and reach throughout the work shift.
+ Frequent lifting and handling of materials using proper techniques.
+ Work may involve reaching overhead or below waist level on flat surfaces.
**Pay Details:** $15.00 to $20.00 per hour
