    Summary of Role:

    + We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) Lead with a strong background in high-tech or semiconductor industry to join our digital transformation team, supporting the implementation of SAP SD, MM (Materials Management), TM (Transportation Management), FICO (Finance & Controlling) & EWM (Extended Warehouse Management), and GTS (Global Trade Services) modules

    + The ideal candidate will possess a robust consulting background and bring 12+ years of extensive experience in SAP SD. Experience in the semiconductor industry is a significant advantage and will be given higher preference.

    + This role requires strong leadership in design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SD solutions while collaborating with global internal IT teams and implementation partners.

    Essential Responsibilities:

    + The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with business stakeholders, drive best practices, and support end-to-end process integration for O2C (Order to Cash) Value Stream.

    + Work closely with implementation partners to ensure project milestones are met.

    + Lead design workshops, blueprinting, and solution validation.

    + Collaborate with PLM team to design and align SAP processes for Product Master Data.

    + Ensure seamless integration with MM, TM, FICO, EWM & GTS modules.

    + Assist in the resolution of process and integration design issues related to O2C Value Stream.

    + Review plans and provide guidance to project team during build, data conversion, testing, cutover, and service transition to ensure a successful go live.

    + Provide delivery support and assist in resolving open SAP Solution architecture related risks and issues – by leveraging experience.

    + Responsible for functional specifications, data conversion, and integration specifications related to the O2C value stream.

    + Provide thought Leader, best practice, and Subject Matter Expertise within SD.

    Other Responsibilities:

    Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs.

    Required Qualifications:

    + Minimum of 12 to 15 years of experience in SAP, with substantial leadership roles. Proven track record of successfully managing SAP projects and leading cross-functional teams.

    + Experience of at least 2-3 full life-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementations in an MNC including all phases (blueprint, configuration, training, cut-over and post go-live support) with Primary focus on SAP SD module.

    + Strong working knowledge & consulting background of Make to Order business processes and related SAP SD solutions including complex quotes to order conversion scenarios.

    + Solid understanding & implementation experience of SAP Pricing Techniques, Rebates, and Variant Configuration. Demonstrate ability to design solutions for complex pricing scenarios. Experience in CPQ implementation is an added advantage.

    + Deep implementation experience of multi-node intercompany sales, transfer pricing, credit management and drop ship scenarios.

    + Proficiency in Customer EDI, IDOCs, Output Determination. Provide support to B2B team in EDI mapping for Customer Orders, ASN, Invoice etc.

    + Solid understanding of SD integration touch points with MM-FICO-TM-EWM-GTS modules. Demonstrate the ability to provide strategic advice and guidance to stakeholders.

    + Demonstrate leadership in general, ability to identify priorities, ability to lead complex topics on a global basis, convince others

    + Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, ability to engage and work in a global team across multiple time zones

    + Flexible working across global time zones with onshore and offshore internal and partner teams

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + SAP SD Certification.

    + Experience with SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) for export compliance.

    + Hands-on CPQ implementation experience (SAP CPQ or similar cloud solutions).

    + Experience with Teamcenter PLM for product life cycle management.

    + Understanding of ABAP debugging for issue resolution.

     

    Expected Salary Range

     

    $92,500.00 - $200,000.00

     

    The exact Salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience and location.
