Call Center - Customer Service Representative

Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search to fill a Customer Service Representative in Missouri City, TX:
Shift Details:
+ **Schedule:** Monday - Saturday (with one day off during the week)
+ **Hours:** 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM
+ **Location:** Onsite
+ **Pay Rate:** $17.00 per hour
Responsabilities:
+ Provide excellent customer service and support to customers and business partners via telephone and email.
+ Handle customer inquiries and complaints with empathy and professionalism, striving for effective resolution.
+ Diagnose, assess, and proactively resolve customer problems or issues.
+ Monitor the progress of delivery routes to ensure timely and efficient service.
+ Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps to maintain accurate records.
+ Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders with precision.
+ Audit invoices meticulously to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies and procedures.
+ Investigate and resolve any billing discrepancies or inaccuracies in a timely manner.
+ Collaborate closely with the logistics team to identify and eliminate recurring billing issues.
+ Provide exceptional customer service by effectively handling invoice inquiries.
+ Perform administrative duties as needed to support the team.
Requirements:
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
+ High school diploma or equivalent.
+ 1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment.
+ A minimum of two years of previous experience in a logistics billing role.
+ A high level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
+ Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.

**Pay Details:** $17.00 per week
