Adecco is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Financial Assistant** to support the business operations for our client, located in Burlington. In this pivotal role, you’ll help drive financial efficiency and compliance through expert handling of purchasing, contracts, reconciliations, and reporting.
What You’ll Do
+ Coordinate purchasing and contracting activities, including vendor communication, documentation, and process oversight
+ Manage the purchasing card (PurCard) system, ensuring policy compliance, reconciling expenses, and supporting cardholders
+ Assist with financial reporting and reconciliation by auditing transactions, maintaining accurate records, and resolving discrepancies
+ Process invoices, deposits, reimbursements, fund transfers, and other financial requests
+ Provide training and support to department staff on financial policies and tools
+ Collaborate with central administrative departments to ensure seamless financial operations
What You Bring
+ Associate’s degree in business, accounting, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
+ 1–3 years of experience in financial or business operations
+ Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and office software; familiarity with systems like PeopleSoft a plus
+ Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
+ A commitment to accuracy, efficiency, and inclusive teamwork

**Pay Details:** $22.00 to $26.00 per hour
