**Overall Responsibility:** Our goal is to offer caring veterinary services that promote the well-being and happiness of our animal patients. We achieve this by relying on our committed and compassionate team, who are dependable, adaptable, detail-oriented, and skilled at multitasking. Our Certified Veterinary Technicians (CVTs) are dedicated to providing compassionate care to all of our patients.

+ Assist doctors with exams, treatments and procedures.

+ Venipuncture and IVC placementAdminister SQ fluids, medications, etc.

+ Work in conjunction with all technical staff across the hospital to ensure hospitalized patients are receiving the best possible care and communicating frequently with the team.

+ Recognize subtle change in clinical status.

+ Discharge instructions with clients.

+ Complete estimates, basic record keeping.

+ Inducing, maintaining, and monitoring anesthesia for procedures.

+ Recovering patients from anesthesia.

+ Performing nursing care of all patients.

+ Utilize monitoring equipment and recognize trends.

+ Dentistry and dental radiographs.

+ Pharmacy.

+ Processing laboratory samples in-house and preparing laboratory samples for outside labs.

+ Diagnostic Imaging.

**Schedule:** Full-time opportunity with flexible scheduling. Rotating Saturdays.

**Compensation:** $ 19.50 - 24 / hr and starting range is determined by license, skill set, and years of experience in the field.
