Join Our Leadership Team as an Energy Solutions Production Manager

The Role:

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Energy Solutions Production Manager to lead and drive battery manufacturing and production for our Energy Storage Solutions. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with senior leaders across departments to lead the battery manufacturing team and shape the strategic direction of the organization. You’ll bring forward-thinking ideas, a solutions-oriented mindset, and a commitment to excellence, all while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.

What You’ll Be Doing:

* Lead and oversee production and manufacturing of batteries.

* Develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with the company’s long-term goals.

* Foster relationships with engineering, energy storage solutions, and production teams.

* Provide leadership in navigating complex challenges, ensuring operational efficiency and organizational success.

* Providing top notch educational and customer engagement to our community partners (local high schools, colleges, universities, and other community partners).

What We’re Looking For:

* Eight or more years of professional experience and at least three years of management experience

* Proven experience in a production and/or manufacturing environment, with a successful track record in leadership roles

* Strong background in leading a team and a deep understanding of building a team with an emphasis on employee engagement

* Exceptional strategic thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders

What Sets You Apart:

* Bachelor's Degree in a related field

* Demonstrated experience in leading transformative change and driving high-performance teams.

* Expertise in energy systems and electrical component assembly.

* A history of success in achieving organizational goals and delivering measurable results.

* Manufacturing experience as it relates to energy storage solutions and battery manufacturing.

Where and When You’ll Work:

* This position is based on-site at our Kirkwood, NY location, where you’ll collaborate closely with your team in a dynamic workplace.

Compensation & Benefits Package:

Salary: $96,500 - $137,000 per year. Compensation is based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience.

Relocation: Relocation assistance may be available.
