    Join our Raymond Team as a Maintenance Mechanic!

    The Role:

    We’re seeking a passionate and dedicated Maintenance Mechanic. In this role, you’ll be to performing routine machinery maintenance tasks by using standard procedure, tools, materials, machines and equipment.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    * Repairs and maintains machinery and mechanical equipment including, but not necessarily limited to, motors, pumps, conveyors, belts, fans, air conditioners, etc.

    * Examines mechanical machinery and equipment to diagnose trouble

    * Inspects defective machinery and equipment to determine wear or damage

    * Disassembles machinery and equipment and repairs or replaces broken parts

    * Adjusts functional parts of mechanical machinery and equipment as necessary

    * Cleans and lubricates parts. Orders replacement parts

    * Inspects completed repairs. Completes disassembly and rebuild of machinery, equipment or subassemblies

    * Follows standardized work to complete tasks

    * Supports the Company’s 5S program to maintain work area, equipment and supplies in a neat, organized manner

    * Makes recommendations to change outdated or ineffective procedures through the kaizen process

    * Supports Toyota Production System (TPS) driven processes and activities

    What We’re Looking For:

    * High School Diploma or GED

    * Two or more years maintenance mechanic or similar experience

    * Experience with repair and measuring equipment

    * Experience with tools, gears, machine wiring, welding, and cutting as applied to repair and rebuild work

    * Experience with mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic principles and machine operations

    What Sets You Apart:

    * CNC Machining Experience

    * Experience with basic manual and power tools

    * This is an in-person role located at our Lebanon, IN facility — ideal for those who thrive in a hands-on, team-oriented environment.

    What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

    Wage - $25.00 - $32.00 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
