    The Role:

    We’re looking for a Quality Manager who works closely with Manufacturing and Engineering to evaluate and resolve technical problems. Regularly performs root cause analysis for issues affecting, quality, cost, and delivery. Under limited supervision, uses extensive technical skills, expertise, and knowledge of quality techniques as applied to electro-mechanical assemblies and wire harnesses. This candidate will also provide project leadership and develops processes/procedures for Quality Systems and bring an understanding of TPS and continuous improvement.

    What You’ll Be Doing:

    * Develop the Quality Management System for the business unit

    * Implement ISO 9001 as part of the corporate strategy

    * Investigate, determine root cause, and implement corrective actions for business unit

    * Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings – understanding of electrical drawings a plus

    * Ability to develop a process when given an assigned end state

    * Able to train others in complex technical tasks. Able to develop and document training standards and maintain a schedule for training activities consistent with the needs of the department and external customers

    * Evaluates technical quality problems and develops solutions to such problems, with appropriate documentation (e.g. engineering changes or quality system procedures)

    * Supervise engineers, technicians, and inspectors as required

    What We’re Looking For:

    * An Associate’s degree in a related field is preferred

    * Two or more years of experience in a supervisory/management role is preferred

    * Two or more years of employee work experience in the specified discipline is required

    What Sets You Apart:

    * Toyota Production Systems experience

    * Lean Manufacturing Experience

    What Your Total Compensation & Benefits Package will look like:

    Salary - $75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year. Compensation depends on the selected candidate’s education and experience.
