ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with WMS (Warehouse Management System) for pallet tracking

Generate pallet tags thru WMS for all finished goods.

Coordinate with Forming driver to ensure full pallets are being generated before changing to a new product.

Manage all partials in palletizing area to ensure minimal partials at all times.

Able to run palletizers for all finished goods.

Maintain all materials at acceptable levels for the day-to-day processes.

Reconcile WIP Tracking with AS400.

Able to perform the functions of the Forming Driver as needed.

Able to perform the functions of shipping/receiving driver (load and create BOL)

Communicate with operators and shift operators as needed per product needs / shipping forecast.

Able to identify all WIP product

Pull WIP material from staging warehouse

Place WIP material on appropriate machine per schedule

Move FG to warehouse and scan into locations

Tag and return used WIP to staging warehouse

Transport waste bales to staging area

Unload various trucks when needed

Fill out correct all department production documents

Performs any other tasks trained for and assigned by lead person and supervisor.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities required.

* Basic Math skills required. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers, fractions, and decimals. Able to convert fraction to decimal equivalent.

* Forklift certified

* Ability to read, write & understand basic English. Able to communicate effectively, get along with coworkers & management and deal effectively & professionally under pressure.

* Job requires making decisions based on established guidelines regarding running or shutting down on defective work and operational problems/difficulties of all kinds.
