As a Systems Administrator III, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating changes, provide regular maintenance and support, and improve performance of responsible systems, ensuring efficiency and timeliness while contributing to a more sustainable world.

    This position contributes to our vision by:

    • Maintains and improves delivery systems availability, functionality, and performance for multiple systems;

    • Provides leadership for major system modifications and installations;

    • Applies appropriate security measures;

    • Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations;

    • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, replaces defective components when necessary;

    • Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardware;

    • Operate consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate computer network access and use;

    • Design, configure, and test computer hardware, networking software and operating system software;

    • Adheres to safe work practices and contributes to the evolution of the health, safety, and environmental program and culture;

    • Regular, predictable attendance is required.

    • Other duties may be assigned.

    Job Requirements

    Knowledge/Skills

    • Bachelor's degree preferred in Computer Science or other related field.

    • Data Storage Solutions knowledge and administration – Expert (NetApp, EMC – preferred)

    • Server/Storage hardware familiarity – Advanced (Dell, HP, EMC, NetApp hardware – preferred)

    • Windows Server Concepts and knowledge – Advanced

    • VMware Administration – Advanced

    • High proficiency with vSphere, vSAN, and other VMware products and platforms. In general, they must be adept at network engineering, with working knowledge of firewalls, servers, networks, and operating systems

    • Citrix App and Desktop Virtualization – Advanced

    • General Systems Administration – Expert

    • Excellent verbal and oral communication – Advanced (English)

    Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

    • VMware VCA, VCP – preferred

    • NetApp NCSA, NCDA, NCSE – preferred

    • EMC Data Storage Systems Administration Specialist/Expert – preferred

    • Citrix CCP-V, CCA-V – preferred
