    Responsibilities

    The BNI staff physician provides medical services within the scope of their licensing, training, and clinical privileges, and supervises and teaches residents and/or fellows as indicated.

    Qualifications

    Education and Experience

    + MD or DO degree.

    + Successful completion of a residency program.

    Licensure

    + AZ MD License

    + AZ licensed physician Anesthesiologist

    + Board qualifed or certified

    + Credentialed SJHMC.

    + Membership in appropriate professional associations and societies

    Pay Range

    $80.00 - $750.25 /hour
